End of the Week

I like to add a random picture once in a while, this one comes from one
year when I was an Orientation Leader

Well, it is the end of the week, and a short one at that. It was nice not having class on Monday and now it is Friday. I have a lot that i want to get accomplished this weekend, but once this weekend is over I hope to have a majority of my "homework" done for the semester and for that much my undergraduate career. I have to finish revising my senior seminar paper, put together a presentation for the paper, finish my group proposal, type up a summary paper for lifespan development, and do the study guides for them. After that is completely, we can say that I am done with homework. Yes, it may seem like a lot, but I have a lot of the leg-work done for it, which is nice.

Anyways, in other interesting news, I found the Moderator, our campus newspaper, a quite interesting hit this past month. I actually was featured in an article that ran "Tony Laz, the busiest man on campus." I sort of chuckled at that because while I keep myself busy, that is the best part about college and I think more than just me keep ourselves busy like that. However, one section of the paper is devoted to Rants and Raves about college and one made me frustrated. It talks about the Resident Assistants being too "nit-picky" with our jobs. I found that comment interesting because as RA's we are making sure the campus is safe, but we haven't been too enforceful the past month-in-a-half, in terms of what the writer referred to as "looking for trouble." As an RA staff, we make sure that things are secure and people are happy, but we do not look for trouble because it just creates more work for us, so it is nice when we can just deal with things on an informal basis, which is how I tend to handle most of the situations anyways.

Anyways, that being said, you can sort of see that my weekend will be busy with homework, work, and baseball; but the money is always nice and it is always good to keep yourself busy.

Until Next Time,

Tony "Laz" Lazarowicz
